Booking form guidance

With a conference ticket, your delegates will receive IPDA membership, which includes access to our online resources. In order access these they need their own login account and the correct member status, which is all automated when they make a ticket purchase. Additionally through the ticket process they select other individual options to do with membership. Therefore each individual must go through the ticket purchasing process. To facilitate this you will provide us with emails for each delegate and we will send them a code to use to make their purchase once your payment has been made.

Here’s the full process:

1. Download and complete the form below, giving us details of each delegate. Please ensure email addresses are accurate. 
2. We calculate the cost and send you an electronic payment request for a debit card payment or an invoice so that you can make a bank transfer. Please note, we would prefer to take a card payment if possible, to avoid long invoicing/payment processes.
3. Once payment is made we will contact each delegate with instructions and a coupon code that they can use.

Do we need to do anything for your institution? If you need us to complete a supplier form or anything else please let us know in the box provided in the form and then email any forms etc to conference@ipda.org.uk.
