IPDA Vietnam aims to promote professional learning and development across disciplines, with a focus on educational technology, STEM education, educational management, and human resources development.

It seeks to strengthen international collaboration, build project management capacity, and support educational reform in Vietnam and the region. IPDA Vietnam operates from the Faculty of Education, Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
