We have the following forthcoming dates:
Tuesday 5th November 2024
During this session we will initially explore how to establish and sustain a productive working relationship between the trainee teacher and their in-school placement mentor. What are the pre-requisites for a strong, developmental and reflexive relationship to sustain professional learning and development of both parties?
Tuesday 28th January 2024
During this session we will initially explore how we can ensure that mentors are supported through adaptive continuing professional learning and development programmes that enable them to continue to grow in their mentoring practice. How can we help to develop mentors within communities of mentoring practice?
Tuesday 29th April 2025
During this session we will initially explore scenario-based learning and dilemma coaching as tools for supporting the development of mentoring practice.
How can we build broader networks between schools to support the development of Professional Learning Networks focused on effective mentoring practice?
