Through our national associations and annual conference we aim to support and promote professional development of education practitioners, stimulate discussion around policy and practice and disseminate research related to professional learning.

This is a serious professional association. It has that sense of, not just academia, but it is about the profession, it is about practice, it is about policy.

The IPDA Conference is a very inspirational place for me to be. To get new contacts and to see people from different educational backgrounds, how they work and how they inspire each other.

I've bought something myself to this conference, and I've gained in confidence. I feel that my ideas have been challenged, but also discussed within a very supportive environment.
