IPDA England hosts mentoring and coaching event with the International Journal for Mentoring and Coaching in Education

On 23 November 2023 IPDA England hosted a vibrant discussion focusing on Coaching and Mentoring in Teacher Education, in collaboration with the International Journal for Mentoring and Coaching, where we discussed the key learning, findings and insights of this special edition, with Professor Caroline Daly and Professor Andy Hobson.
This session explored the publications of a wide range of authors to the special edition, ranging from studies conducted on Early Careers Teachers’ mentoring and coaching, the use of instructional coaching, coaching and mentoring practices in Further Education, and how coaching and mentoring can support mental health and wellbeing.
