IPDA England explores the key characteristics that ensure CPD has a powerful and lasting impact

IPDA England hosted this debate on 17th April 2021 on what key characteristics need to be considered to ensure that CPD has a powerful and lasting impact. This event is inspired by the UCET Discussion paper on Continuing Professional Development, developed by the UCET CPD Working Group, with the aim to stimulate a wider debate prior to the roll out of the Early Careers Framework and the reforms of the National Professional Qualifications around key considerations that need to be made regarding CPD.

The event was hosted by the University of Wolverhampton.

Linda Devlin hosted and support the event. Paul Vare, Chair of the UCET CPD forum and Lizana Oberholzer, Vice Chair of the UCET CPD forum/ IPDA England were two of the panellists.
