In Wales, leadership is a core part of all school teachers and leaders work. This IPDA Cymru and National Academy for Educational Leadership Wales partnership event explores how the Leadership Standards support and enable this, what they mean in diverse contexts and how are they enacted in practice. A panel of colleagues with a range of leadership experiences, from a variety of school settings across Wales share their insights, experiences, and challenges.
