IPDA England & USA host event on mentoring and coaching in education

This event took place on 28 April 2023. Participants engaged with the joint IPDA England and IPDA USA facilitators to discuss mentoring and coaching is used to engage with professional learning conversations in education and how different educators make use of mentoring and coaching within their various contexts.
The event took the format of a joint discussion exploring different practices within different contexts, with the aim to develop a larger and wider conversation, with future research in mind.
