IPDA Ireland hosts members panel discussion

On 24 March 2021 IPDA Ireland hosted a panel discussion with members. During the session the following questions were posed to panellists and used as a basis for breakout room discussions:

1. What 2 or 3 words stand out for you when you think about Professional learning or development?
2. When you think about your own professional learning to date, what has been the most exciting or inspirational?
3. What does professional development/learning mean to you in your current context and what is its importance for you?
4. How has your work / research / experience in the area of PLD influenced your own professional learning?
5. What topics/ areas are you currently interested in learning more about and how do you or how would you like to engage in PL (and why?)
