This conference is being hosted in partnership with the the Ecole Normale SupĂ©rieure in Rabat, Mohammed V University where the event will take place. The theme is ‘The Future Trajectory of Professional Development: Innovations, Equity, and Global Perspectives’.

About this conference

This conference will bring together national and international experts to explore innovations, challenges, and strategies in professional development for educators, with a particular focus on mentoring, equity, leadership, and global perspectives. It will provide a platform to share research findings, best practices, and innovative strategies in teacher education, foster academic exchange focused on sustainable, inclusive professional development, and stimulate discussions on policies that enhance teacher empowerment and equity. The conference will also announce the birth of IPDA Morocco, cementing its role in fostering collaboration and professional growth for educators in the region.
