Olutola Olujuwon
Chair
Olutola Olujuwon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Management, Lagos State University of Education, Oto/Ijanikin with a campus at Noforija, Epe, Lagos. Tola began his career 19 years ago teaching Educational Management and Educational Foundation Courses.
Olutola’s research focuses on teacher leadership, collaborative professional learning, values and rights to education, and its impact on teaching and learning. He has published several research-based, peer-reviewed articles to his credit nationally and internationally in his area of focus. As a result of this, some of his research papers have been recommended and available on ResearchGate, Academia.edu, and Google Scholar for free download.
He is currently the African Representative on the Board of the International Council on Education for Teaching (ICET). He is currently the African Representative on the Board of the International Council on Education for Teaching (ICET). Olutola is an Editor, reviewer of journal articles. an External Examiner and Moderator to some African Universities. Olutola is a Chair of IPDA, Nigeria.
Adekunle Ademayowa Adebayo
Dr. A.A. Adebayo has a Ph.D. in Business and Applied Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. He is currently an Associate Professor and Ag. Dean of the College of Management and Social Science Education at the Lagos State University of Education, Oto/Ijanikin, Nigeria. He started his work life as an Academic at the Legacy College of the University (then Lagos State College of Primary Education, and later, Michael Otedola College of Primary Education Noforija, Epe) where he lectured for over 25 years rising to the rank of Chief Lecturer and served in various capacities such as the Dean, School of Arts and Social Sciences, Director of Research and Community Development, and Chairman, Committee of Deans and Directors. Dr Adebayo is a consummate researcher and a dedicated economics educator. He is a Certified Teacher (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) and a member of various professional bodies such as the Global Association of Teachers of Economics, Nigerian Economic Society, American Economic Association and Royal Economic Society (UK) among others.
Victoria Awobodu
Dr. Victoria Awobodu is a seasoned science educator and distinguished Associate Professor of Science Education at Lagos State University of Education, Oto-Ijanikin, Lagos, Nigeria. She is an accomplished science educator who ignites student curiosity and champions innovative methods. Her research in methodology and technology education enriches the field through numerous publications. Dr. Awobodu fosters vibrant classrooms, empowering students to actively learn and explore science. Reliable and organized, she excels in collaboration, adapting to challenges with maturity and teamwork. Beyond education, she’s a passionate architect of knowledge, a dedicated mentor, and a true driving force for scientific innovation.
Samuel Olayinka Idowu

Fatai Adeshina Kelani

Fatai Adeshina Kelani holds a P.hD degree in Economics from Lagos State University, Ojo. He was employed as an assistant lecturer in the Department of Economics, Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Oto/Ijanikin in 2002, where he rose through the ranks and was promoted to the post of chief lecturer in 2020. He is currently a senior lecturer in the Department of Economics, College of Management and Social Sciences Education, Lagos State University of Education, Oto/Ijanikin, Lagos.
He has attended both local and international conferences and has also published in both local and international journals in the areas of business and development economics.
Fatai Adeshina Kelani is a member of: Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, The Nigerian Economic Society, Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria and the International Professional Development Association, Nigeria group.
Akolade Lapite
Akolade Lapite is an Associate Professor in Educational and Counselling Psychology. He has a fervid interest in school psychology working closely with students with psychological and counselling needs. Akolade is a trained Guidance Counsellor and also a Public Administrator. He has published books and articles relating to educational and counselling psychology. He lectures at the Department of Counselling Psychology, Lagos State University of Education, Nigeria.
Adefunke Odumosu
Adefunke Odumosu is an accomplished academic and educator with a strong passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and nurturing the future generation of business leaders. With over twenty years of lecturing experience, she has achieved the status of Associate Professor at Lagos State University of Education, Oto-Ijanikin/Epe, Lagos, Nigeria. There, she shares her expertise and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship with aspiring students.
